Fae (Amnorian)

Died 1104 AF at the Festival of Peace on Armengar

Alvar popped into being in the late summer of 1102. Literally. He spent his first couple of weeks trapped in the Coill Oiartharach with Caillte, when they were discovered accidentally by a party of Armengarians. Neither Alvar nor Caillte had anything resembling language skills, though it seemed that Alvar learned words (if not meanings) quite quickly.

Since that point, Alvar has learned that he is a Fae, a spirit of the land. He has no memories of existing before (as many Fae reincarnate several times), so appears to be a 'new' Fae. He has identified himself as a 'Nocker' Fae, which is a type of Fae who are quite good at building things. While he displayed some magical skill when discovered by the Armengarians, after a weeks travel with Clan Butcher (a clan of Redcap Fae), he appeared at the Gathering in full chainmail, and heavy armour. He seems to have been toughened by the experience, and has displayed a lack of interest in pursuing magical training.

Alvar is friendly, open, playful, and direct. He now speaks relatively well, but insists on speaking in the the third person.

He was gifted with an Enchanted Hammer by Queen Sapphire of the Lions at the recent Gathering, and likes it very much.....
