Died 1105 AF at the Lions Spring ParliamentMirumoto Hiigara is not of Armengar, he is not even from this side of the world. Hiigara traveled to the island of Amnor from the Eastern Empire. He and his companions arrived in Armengar with the tribe but as a group the strange foreign man and his slit-eyed companions had isolated themselves from everyone. Only after a few months of their arrival did the group of strange warriors, who trained, ate, talked and slept apart from both Armengarians and the Tribe alike start to make their presence known. And still no-one seems to know why these "Samurai" are here. Truth be known Hiigara is not sure why he is here himself. Ever since he was about 9 years old Hiigara has been following his own path which he believes will bring him to his "peace" and enlightenment. Hiigara once found this Peace within the confines of the Mirumoto dojo where he trained in the sword for six years of his life. But with skill comes responsibility and after a few years as one of the youngest unit commanders in the Mirumoto army Hiigara forefit his command, left the lands of the dragon and joined the Golden sting Sentai, a group of Samurai and shugenja in service to the Emerald Champion, Voice of the Emperor. But despite leaving his commanding position Peace eluded him. Before his 20th year of life had ended Hiigara planned his retirement. He would join the Brotherhood of Shinsei, becoming a monk. Following the footsteps of his first teacher, the old monk Kharak . In the monastery he would surely find the will to forget his life and find enlightenment. Unfortunately Hiigara's retirement from service never came. The Centai were called into the Emerald champions presence and commanded to journey far beyond the boundaries of the Empire and recover the last piece of Shinjo's Mirror, A powerful artifact given to her by the first Emperor almost nine hundred years ago. As their honor required the Sentai obeyed. Now Hiigara must journey through the lands of the barbarian on what is obviously a fool's errand. Within weeks of leaving the Empire the Sentai realized that they would need help to survive but their pride held them till the far side of the world before the remnants of the Sentai Offered their swords to a group of mercenaries known only as the Tribe in return for food and guidance. Since arriving on Amnor Hiigara has been watching and learning much from the barbarian people. Life, it seems, still had much to teach him. Stats
